In addition, this package includes spot cleaning of the vertical surfaces, such as baseboards, trim work, interior windows, blinds, and cabinets/drawers. It can be performed on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis.
Our Empty Home Move In/Out Cleaning Package is perfect for the homeowner who needs a completely empty home, apartment, or condo cleaned. All reachable vertical and horizontal surfaces shall be cleaned. In the case of an apartment or condo, we are often able to work directly with your property manager to determine the cleaning requirements necessary to receive your full security deposit.
